If ordinary customers, ordinary people, united in common purpose, have an opportunity to:
 . create a customer forum to influence change
 . shift regulators and government
 . shift corporate culture
 . establish a long term forum for ordinary
   customers  to effect change
 . shift our great big ass umption that "we can't"

Is it worth trying?

Is there a danger that:
 . not all your brands will welcome CU aims?
 . it takes a while to get them on board?
 . there are teething problems?
 . shifting the almost immovable will be hard?

We leave it to you to decide. We have set out our mission in detail. Take your time in a thorough tour of our site before you decide.
 Information we need for Registration
We will only ask you for registration information that is appropriate for your use of CU.

Basic Registration
Your name etc. and login, password... data will be required for basic registration.

Your Strength of Feeling on CU Aims
Your first opportunity to use CustomerInfluence is on the Aims tab in your Registration area. This will let corporates know how customers who are joining CU feel about CU and our aims for you regaining CustomerInfluence.

For TheWire
To use TheWire, we will need age, gender, job title etc. so regulators can make better sense of the pulse of the nation.

For Surveys
To make your ImprovementSurveys more meaningful for change, we will ask for more details so corporates can better understand customer needs by lifestyle, family, economics etc.

For The CU Marketplace
When the MarketPlace progresses, we will ask you to opt-in for emails etc about deals offers etc.


 Data Protection
We will not pass your data to any third party outside The CU Group. And we will not inundate you with emails. Nor ads, banners etc on our site except in the CU Marketplace

If later you want to place orders via the Marketplace that require us to pass on your name and address details to the store, on each such occasion we will confirm with you: is it OK.
